1. How can I place an order?

Placing an order at Pelle Producto is simple and convenient.

2. How is my order shipped and how long will it take to arrive?

We deliver orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following working day.

Within Pakistan: Delivered via Call Courier (Overnight Service).

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–4 working days across Pakistan. However, delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or bank verification issues.

3. How do I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your Pelle Producto account and viewing your order history.
You can also use the tracking number sent to you via email after your order is confirmed.

4. What are the delivery charges?

  • Prepaid Orders: Free delivery across Pakistan.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 nationwide.

  • International Orders: Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. What is your return or refund policy?

We currently do not offer refunds, except in special cases such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Receiving a defective or damaged item

Refunds (when applicable) are credited back to your original payment method and may take up to two weeks to process. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the amount to appear on your statement.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
